WELCOME TO THE BIO GROUP

Our Vision

Bio Group exists to make a difference. To reduce greenhouse gas emissions, through a profitable, diverse network of facilities, turning organic waste into renewable energy, whilst at the same time creating organic soils for application to land as part of the battle against desertification.

Our key technology is our groundbreaking AD biomethane facility, with a negative carbon footprint – more details of our facilities will be published during the summer. Our sites involve and are part of the local community and each new site will have a Visitor and Education Centre, engaging with people, from schoolchildren to grandparents. Our sites will stand out as examples of modern workplaces, dispelling the myths of traditional waste facilities.

In conjunction with the Climate Change Board and The Mayday Network Bio Group has measured and reported on its carbon emissions for the past two years and will continue to do so. We have reduced our overall emissions year on year and embed low carbon in the design and delivery of each of our facilities.

Bio Group will also engage with the community on a different level. As a divisional activity, Bio Group will look to partner with specialist organisations, who work with people in disadvantaged communities. Fairfield Bio Limited is the first such partnerships.

By addressing the issues of greenhouse gases, involvement and engagement with the local community and education sectors, Bio Group has a profitable and sustainable business model that will make a difference to all of its stakeholders.

Bio Group will consolidate its market leading position, operating an ever increasing number of sites to the highest quality levels, with a well paid, well motivated workforce, reducing emissions and generating a sustainable business.
